What if I want to end my membership?2024-02-06T22:42:56-08:00

To end your membership, please click the “Membership Change Request” Button under the FAQ. Any membership changes (terminations or freezes) must be submitted by the 25th of the month preceding. For example, if you want to cancel your membership and not be charged dues for November, we must receive a membership change request via the RGP form by October 25th.

To freeze your membership, please click the “Membership Change Request” Button under the FAQ.

The minimum length for a freeze is 1 month and freezes always begin on the 1st of a month. Each month, in place of your regular monthly dues, you’ll see a $15 charge for the freeze. This fee is a service fee and non-refundable.

Membership freezes require must be submitted by the 25th of the month preceding. For example, if you want to freeze your membership and not be charged dues for November, we must receive a cancellation notice by October 25th.

Yes!

Members may bring 2 guests per month. However, if your guest is a first time visitor to Session, their visit will not count against your monthly guest pass allotment. In other words, you may bring as many first time visitors to Session for free (limit 1 per day)!

We run billing on the 1st of each month.

Will I be charged for a full month of membership during my first month?2022-06-23T03:59:11-07:00

No, you will only be charged for the pro-rated amount of days left in the month. For example, if you sign up for an individual membership ($85/month) on June 20, you will be charged for your Initiation Fee plus the pro-rated monthly dues of $28.33 ($85 / 30 days = $2.83 per day X 10 remaining days in June).
