Wednesday, April 1st from 5:30-7:30 join Celeste for a special Workshop Wednesday. Woman & Bouldering, designed for women who want to feel more confident, capable, and at ease on the wall. Whether you’re new to bouldering or looking to move past fear that’s holding you back. This workshop will focus on decoding beta, fine turning technique and addressing hesitation on the wall!

Amanda is back! All April long you can find Amanda teaching Pilates:Mat Foundations from 4:30-5:30 on Wednesdays. From Amanda herself, "The class will be a foundations class with lots of opportunities to progress movements. The classes are for all levels. My goals for the classes are to build strength, improve alignment and posture, and increase both fluidity and stability in the hips and shoulders, while enjoying good tunes in the background!"
