MONTHLY BILLED MEMBERSHIP RULES, REGULATIONS & MEMBERSHIP CONDITIONS

Monthly Billed Membership: Following the initial payment at sign recurring monthly billing will begin on the 1st of the month and will continue by calendar month until written request to cancel is received.

Monthly billing takes place on the 1st of every calendar month, and changes to monthly billing later than close of business the 25th o month prior. As of the 1st, billing for the month has been processed and cannot be changed. All billing change requests receive confirmation email. If you do not receive confirmation, then your request has not been processed or received. Refunds are not provided based on a lack of facility use.

Promotion Eligibility: Many promotional memberships are only available once to first members. signing up a promotional membership when ineligible, the difference may charged and your may be updated. See specific promotion terms and conditions for details eligibility.

On-Account Purchasing: The payment method on file for monthly billing today can be used to make on-account purchases at the front desk in the gym. These on-account purchases will be billed on the 1st (along with your monthly membership dues and any past due payments), or the 15th, whichever comes first.

Rule & Rate Changes: The membership fees and membership rules may change at any time. Session shall establish classifications of memberships and may add, delete, modify or otherwise change such classifications and related privileges of membership as it deems necessary. Session may bill your account the difference in dues if more classes are taken than are allowed for your specific membership type. It is the responsibility of the member to make sure accurate and updated contact information is on file so they be can be alerted to such change. Membership Freeze: For Monthly, billed memberships, a membership freeze can only begin on the 1st of the month, in alignment with monthly billing. Requests to freeze are due by the 25th of the month before the billing day. Freezes must last a minimum of 1 full month, and a monthly freeze fee will be applied for each member frozen on the account. When unfreezing before or after the 1st of the month, prorated dues will be billed and the freeze fee for that month will not be credited. To unfreeze beginning on the 1st of the month, requests must be received by the 25th of the month prior so the account will not be charged a freeze fee for the upcoming month.

For family memberships, a freeze fee is assessed individually for each frozen member. In the case of a partial freeze, where some on the account are frozen while others are active, those who remain active will be billed at the standard individual or family rate that applies to the membership, while those frozen will bill freeze fee.

Membership Cancellation: Monthly billed memberships can set their membership to be cancelled as of close of business on the last day of the month. The last day to request cancellation is the 25th of the month prior to the first. For example, the last day to cancel before August 1 billing is July 25. The cancellation date requested on our form will be August 1 and the membership will appear cancelled as of that date. All Cancellation requests are processed in the order they are received and will be honored as long as they were requested by the 25th. Cancellations will be confirmed via email reply – if we do not reply we have not received your request – and it is the member’s responsibility to ensure their request has been processed by checking their bank statement and contacting us if their change was not reflected. Any on account purchases or past due balances will be charged to the card on file on even after cancellation.

Billing Discrepancies: It is the member’s responsibility to ensure that correct action has been taken on their account and must notify Session of any billing discrepancies within 90 days of the charge. Session is unable to take action on billing discrepancies that have already been disputed with outside financial institutions. Payments more than 90 days old are 90 not refundable.

Facility Closures: Session reserves the right to restrict or close the facility to general use for special events, private parties, seminars, maintenance, or other activity it may deem desirable. No refund will be issued in the event of closure.

SPECIFIC MEMBERSHIP TYPE REQUIREMENTS

Discounted Membership: Full-time students and children under 18 are eligible for the discounted rate. Students 18 and over must be enrolled full time and provide proof of full-time status within 1 month of signup and again once a year. College students must submit their school schedule showing: full name, total number units, and current term. High school students 18 or older must submit a copy of their student : If proof is not received within 1 month of sign-up, the difference in dues will be billed, : d billing will escalate the individual rate. o refunds will be issued for past-due proof. Full time is 6 units for undergrads and 3 units for grad students. The following qualifications also qualify for the discounted rate: Teachers (full- time teachers working in public schools or higher education), Military (active duty / reserve/veteran – must provide government ID or similar documentation), First Responder (fire or EMT, Nurse (licensed RN or LVN), and Senior (ages 65+)

Youth Program Family Membership: Any parent(s) of a child in our youth program can be eligible for a discounted rate membership. Termination of participation in a youth program will increase dues for this membership price to the Standard monthly Details of this discount ar e available by request from info@sessionclimbing.com or youthprograms@sessionclimbing.com.

Family Membership: Any two adults that reside at the same address, and children under 18 at the same residence, are eligible for a household membership. Additional Children on the account must be under 18. Rates vary by age refer to https://www.sessionclimbing.com/membershipsfor current family membership rates.

The Individual with Child(ren): Session memberships include a free membership for children and under. Once the child turns 8, the family membership rate for children ages 8-11 would apply.

NOTICE OF CONSUMER RIGHTS

You, the buyer, may cancel this agreement at any time prior to the midnight c fifth business day of the health studio after the date of this agreement, excluding Sundays I holidays. 1 cancel this agreement, mail or deliver a signed and dated notice, or send an email which states that you, the buyer, are canceling this agreement, or words of similar effect. The notice shall be emailed to info@sessionclimbing.com or mailed to Session Membership Department, 965 South A Street, Santa Rosa, CA, 95404
